Welcome to DHUN. By accessing or using our service at dhun.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use DHUN.

1. About DHUN

DHUN is a web-based audio mastering tool. You upload an audio file, our system analyses it in your browser, and our server processes it using professional-grade audio mastering algorithms. You then receive a processed audio file ready for distribution.

DHUN charges a flat fee of ₹50 per track (or equivalent in supported currencies). There are no subscriptions. You pay per track, per use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use DHUN. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

By uploading a file to DHUN, you confirm that:

• You own the audio content, or you have the full legal rights and permissions to process it
• The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of any third party
• The content does not contain illegal material, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or harm
• You will not use DHUN to process content intended for unlawful purposes

DHUN is not responsible for any claims arising from your use of content you do not have rights to.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use DHUN to process audio you do not have the rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate DHUN's processing algorithms or systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse or overload the service
• Circumvent payment or access controls
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and policies. DHUN does not store your card details or financial information.

Your payment is for a single mastering session for a single audio track. Access to the processed file is provided immediately upon successful payment and processing.

6. Service Provided "As Is"

DHUN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That the processed output will meet your specific creative or technical expectations
• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Any particular loudness level, tonal balance, or audio quality outcome

Audio mastering results depend on the quality and characteristics of the source material. DHUN is an automated tool and does not provide human-reviewed mastering.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DHUN and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your reputation
• Any issues arising from your use of the processed audio file in commercial or public contexts

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, design elements, branding, and content related to DHUN — including its name, logo, and user interface — are the intellectual property of DHUN and its creators. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of DHUN without prior written permission.

You retain full ownership of the audio content you upload. DHUN does not claim any rights over your original or processed audio files.

9. Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue DHUN — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of DHUN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of DHUN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
