• Audio files: Files you upload for mastering. These are processed on our servers and are not stored permanently. Your files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete and your download is ready.
• Email address (optional): If you provide an email for order confirmation or support, we store it only for that purpose.
• Payment information: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. DHUN does not store your card details, bank information, or payment credentials. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
• Usage data: We collect basic anonymised data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and interactions with the service. This helps us improve DHUN.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your mastered audio file
• To confirm and fulfil your payment transaction
• To respond to support requests
• To understand usage patterns and improve our service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Audio File Handling

Your uploaded audio files are used solely for the purpose of mastering. Once processing is complete and the output file is available for download, your original and processed files are permanently deleted from our servers. We do not use your audio content for any other purpose.

DHUN uses minimal cookies to ensure the service functions correctly (such as session management). We may use basic analytics tools to understand how users interact with the site. These analytics do not identify you personally. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Payment transactions are handled over secure, encrypted connections through Razorpay.
