Refund Policy

DHUN offers a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair to both our users and our service.

1. General Policy

Each payment on DHUN is for a single audio mastering session. Because the service is delivered digitally and processing begins immediately after payment, refunds are not provided once processing is complete and the output file has been made available for download.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Eligible Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

Dissatisfaction with the creative or tonal result of the mastering is not grounds for a refund, as audio outcomes vary based on source material and personal preference.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction with the following information:

Send your request to support@dhun.pro — we will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
